Ingredients

  • 1 cup , Kaju (Cashew) Powder
  • 1/2 cup , Milk powder
  • 1/4 cup , Mango puree
  • 4 tbsp , Crushed Pista
  • 4 tbsp , Crushed Anjeer
  • 1 tbsp , Golden balls ( Sprinklers)

Instructions

  • 1. Firstly roast 1 cup Kaju Powder on lowest flame for around 4-5 mins & then let it cool.
  • 2. Then add 1/2 cup milk powder & 1/4 cup mango puree to it & knead a dough.
  • 3. Now when dough is ready, its time to shape. Flatten a small portion on palm & fill in some crushed Pista & Anjeer in it & shape it into a small ball/ Ladoo. Make all the ladoos in a same way.
  • 4. Lastly coat some golden sprinkler balls on them, & its Ready!

Notes/Tips

1. Roast Kaju Powder on lowest flame only 2. If you don't have mango puree or don't want to use, you can instead make dough with condensed milk
