Kiwi Cream Dessert

  • 5 kiwi (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 5 nutrichoice biscuits
  • 2 tbsp almond
  • 2 tbsp pistachio


  • Peel kiwis then cut around the pit. Reserve half of kiwis for garnishing later. Chop the remaining kiwis and place in a food processor. Add 2 tablespoon of honey Blend into a smooth paste.
  • Place cream in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and Condensed milk.Whip using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. About 3 minutes.
  • Place the crumbled biscuits whipped cream and the kiwi puree and nuts in cups in layers. Dice the kiwi you reserved from step 1 and place on the cups. Garnish with nuts and kiwi if desired. Serve immediately or chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Best enjoyed chilled.
