  • Vermicelli
  • Sugar
  • Jaggery
  • Milk
  • Cardamom
  • Cashew
  • Raisins
  • Almonds
  • Ghee
  • Ragi flour

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan then add cashew nuts, almonds roast. Add raisins roast. Then add ragi flour, semiya roast. Add milk and water mix well & let it boil & thickens. Add sugar & jaggery mix well. Finally add cardamom powder mix well. Cut off heat & sprinkle roasted almonds then serve hot or cold.
