  • 1/2 cup , Sabudana / Sago
  • 1/2 cup , Curd
  • 1/2 cup , Water
  • 2-3 , Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp , Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp , Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp , Cumin seeds
  • To taste , Black salt
  • To taste , Sugar

Instructions

  • Dry roast the sabudana until it starts popping in a pan. Then cool it.
  • Soak this sabudana in a mixture of water and curd for 2-3 hours until they are soft.
  • Adjust salt and sugar as per taste. Heat oil in a small pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies and pour this over the sabudana curd mixture. Top it with peanuts. Serve immediately.
