One of my cousin is suffering from cancer since 2017. Despite of chemotherapy and medications there are very few options left to eat something nthat makes a kid happy.
She was just 16 when we got to know that the normal pain is an unimaginary disease
One day when my cousin showed some craving for pizza but we could not serve her the market pizza as they have onion and garlic.
It was not allowed to cook onion and garlic in kitchen due to some holy reasons.
I could not resist myself to serve her a homemade no onion no garlic pizza also without maida.
I went to market and got the essentials. Coming back to home and started preparing the dough.
Everyone was looking at me.like.what this guy is doing with all the stuff. And I said I will be making a healthy version of Pizza for her.
I could see the charm in her eyes by hearing the name of pizza.
Then I made a pizza sauce without onion and garlic. Which tasted quite well as I used a bit of ginger and green chilli in it.
Kneading the dough with some curd and baking powder, I kept the dough in a warm place and started cutting veggies.
As far as I was finishing the steps, zeal in my mind was keep on increasing.
Finally the dough was ready with all the ingredients and another challenge comes that we don't have an oven.
O oooooo that was a huge blunder. But as I love baking and i prepare all my cake n muffins in pressure cooker. I decided to bake that pizza in it.
With a question mark in my mind I prepared the pressure cooker for baking eoth lined up salt. And finally put that prepared base to the cooker.
After 20-25 minutes when I opened the lid and wowwww I was so happy to see the crust and finish.
I taken that out and it was looking superb. Without wasting any time i just sprinkled the seasoning and served to her ❤️.
Her eyes were saying it all and I was so soo sooo blessed that my hobby of cooking was beneficial in satisfying a cute craving.
An we hope she will be really fine Soon to enjoy life with full zeal without any boundations ☺️
