Holi is a festival of colors and happiness. Since I am far away from home this time, I prepared all the holi ritual items like gujiya, mathri and namakpare, dahi vade on my own and relished their unique tastes.
Though I missed ghar ki gujiya but gujiya ke bina holi is incomplete so i made them with some assistance of my helpful hubby š
I love authentic gujiyas made in this festival so I also followed the authentic recipe of my mom and enjoyed the whole process of making gujiyas.
