Mini pizzas for a mini apetite!
Bitesize pizzas are #theamateurchefinme 's fav type of pizzas since everyone in my fam has a small apetite.
These tiny, cheesy rings double for starters and main course bothš I made mine super fast in a thick bottom preheated pan, giving them a nice crust! (no oven hassle here).
Quickie recipe for mini pan pizzas: Preheat your pan/ tawa with the lid on. Prep your Mini pizza base/burger buns with homemade tomato sauce + veggies and meat seasoned with Italian herbs and chilli flakes and salt + fresh, soft mozzarella! Lightly grease the pan, set your pizzas on it, cover the pan and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Remove from pan once cheese melts and serve up a tray of these mouthfulsš
