Rabdi is an Indian dessert made of mainly milk. It is rich, creamy , flavourful and tastes heavenly. Whenever it is made in our house, it's exotic aroma draws my kids to the kitchen. We all love having it with rabri or malpua. I also make kulfis from it. No doubt rabri is one of the best Indian desserts.

Just giving an idea here how I made it...I just boiled the milk to half of its quantity. While boiling I kept adding milk powder, cardamom powder, saffron and condensed milk. I added rose essence and kewra essence after cooling it down. Have it chilled or set it in freezer in kulfi moulds.
