Hi Friends, 👩🍳Palm Jaggery Energy Chikki👩🍳 👩🍳Starting the week with a healthy, Tasty energy Chikki. What's special about this🤔 👩🍳Have added a combination of dry fruits, Sesame Seeds, Oats and finally to add on more to the flavour, have used Palm Jaggery. 👩🍳Sesame Seeds are a good source of fibre, Vit B. Helps control your Cholesterol. Having said that, it's a good source of good fat as well. The addition of Sesame Seed in this Chikki definitely lifts the flavour of the Chikki. 👩🍳Palm Jaggery is one of my favourite ingredient when it comes to sweet recipes. I don even remember when was the last time I had white sugar, its a conscious decision of not including it in the diet.
