Almond saffron milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk, 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3-5 almonds
  • 2 pinches saffron strands
  • 1 tsp almond shavings

Instructions

  • Soak almonds overnight n peel their skin.
  • Soak a pinch of saffron strains in lukewarm water. Boil the milk adding sugar. Let it be at room temperature.
  • Now, take peeled almonds, pinch saffron strands n little milk. Grind coarsely. Then add more milk n grind smooth.
  • Take the almond milk out in a glass n if you want it to be served chilled, keep it in the fridge. Otherwise, enjoy it as it is.
  • Garnish with some saffron strands n almond shavings. Enjoy the healthy drink.
