Eggless strawberry flavoured cake

  • All purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar
  • Malai
  • Soda
  • Baking powder
  • Milkpowder
  • Milk
  • Strawberry essensce
  • Strawberry crush
  • Whipped cream
  • Liquid food color pink


  • Add cream and sugar .beat till creamy
  • Seive flour with milk powder ,baking powder soda
  • Fold in flour alternatively with milk
  • Add seesnce and beat well
  • Pour into the greased and dusted mould and bake at 180 degree for 35 min
  • Unmould the cake after four hrs
  • Leave it aside for next two hrs
  • Cut into three layers apply strawberry crush on each layer
  • Apply thin sugar syrup too on each layer of cake
  • Now whipp the cream by adding pink liquid food color
  • Now garnish the cake with appropriate nossel
