Ingredients

  • 5-6 boiled potatoes
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp aamchur powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • as required Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes. Peel it and smash the potatoes. Now add all the ingredients mentioned above.
  • Mix well. Divide it equal portions, make balls and then flatten them. Now in a pan add some oil and roast it on both sides till crispy
  • Serve it with the choice of your chutney or sauce.
