Chocolate banana pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 /2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp malai
  • 2-3 cherry
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, mashed banana properly and sugar, oil and mix it well.
  • Then add milk and mix it properly.
  • Now take another bowl add dry ingredients maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix it well then add it into the wet mixture. Whisk until combined well. At last add chocolate syrup, vanilla essence and mix it properly.
  • It will be a thick batter.
  • Heat a pan on medium flame and spread a little butter over it then pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan. Cook 1-2 minutes until the batter starts to bubbles on the top.
  • Then flip them and cook for another 1-2 minutes and transfer to plate.
  • Now decorate the pancake with malai, cherry and chocolate syrup. Now Chocolate Banana Pancakes is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

If you don’t like chocolate flavour then skip adding cocoa powder
