Coconut Besan Laddoo

  • 2 cup besan
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 tbsp ghee or as needed
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • as required Few raisins


  • Heat iron kadai and add 1 spoon ful desi ghee. When the ghee is hot add besan and fry till it is light brown incolour and the raw smell of besan goes off.
  • In a pan add 1 cup water and1 cup ghee and boil it till the sugar dissolves and the should bve in thick consistency. Then add the sugar syrup in the besan mixrure. Cook till it is dry.We have to see that we can make laddos.
  • Once it is done. The besan mixture is slightly cool then starter making ladoos. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate and decorate with the raisins. Cococnut laddos is ready to serve asa starter and dessrts.


Garnish with your favorite nuts and store for a longer period of time
