Ingredients

  • 1 part fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 part fresh mint leaves
  • Salt to taste ,1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 fresh green chilli (adjust as needed)
  • 5 small cloves of garlic
  • Curd (add gradually and adjust consistency)
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a blender jar, take cleaned coriander leaves, mint leaves. Add salt, sugar, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chili and curd.
  • Blend smooth. Add lemon juice and blend again. Check consistency, if required add some more curd. As you get your preferred consistency. It's ready to serve!!
