  • Semolina
  • Curd
  • Carrots(grated)
  • Broccoli (grated)
  • Spinach(finely chopped)
  • Bathu leaves(finely chopped)
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Red chilli
  • Pepper powder
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano seasoning
  • Dry Coriander powder
  • Black salt


  • Mix curd and semolina in a bowl
  • Add little water for consistency
  • Keep aside for 5 minutes
  • Mix all the veggies
  • Mix all the spices
  • Mix it Well, to get thick and formed batter
  • Heat a pan. Oil it with brush
  • Take a ladleful of batter, place it on the pan and spread evenly
  • Cover on 1 minute on lower flame
  • Turn Its Side . Keep turning till golden brown colour
  • Your green delight is ready to serve😊
