Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oats flour 1/4 cup
  • Frozen butter 1/4 cup or till crumble text
  • Ice cold water as required
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Nuts and dry fruits of ur choice

Instructions

  • For kheer Bring the boil to a milk add soaked rice and cook it . Now add sugar and cook it completely. Keep it thick Add nuts and dry fruits in it.
  • For Tarr In mixing bowl add flour and butter, give a crumble effect to it. Now add water gradually and make dough like paratha and rest in fridge for 15 minutes
  • Now roll as per the size of tart tin. Put the roll dough on it and prick it. Bake in preheat oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes
  • Cool the Tart completely. Pour the kheer in it and garnish with dry fruits and nutmeg powder
