  • 12nos Lemon .(North East Region variety)
  • 2 kg Mango Ginger
  • 50 grams Green chilli, 3/4 cup Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Haldi, 3 Teaspoon Hing
  • 5 teaspoon Black Rai, 8 teaspoon Til oil

Instructions

  • First Take s big vessel pour water place your Long Lemons without cutting add some Salt and Haldi powder let them steam for 12minutes.Then your lemon will be in soft texture put off the gas remove water from it keep it in a tray let them dry for some time.
  • Take Mango Ginger remove the outer skin wash it twice so that your Ginger will be clean and cut into very small cubes keep it away.
  • Cut all your green chillies by into small two pieces correctly. Keep it away.
  • Take a big kadai pour Til oil and after some time pour black rai, hing, add green chilli, and mango Ginger put off your gas.
  • Last step Mix with your small cutting boiled&steamed lemons with all these materials, add salt if your required taste keep it sun close glass container with the help of cotton cloth fir 2hours keep it fridge and enjoy your pickle with Rice or Roti your wish.
