Ingredients

  • 1 cup Poha ,1 chopped onion ,1 chopped potato
  • 1/2 cup peas ,1 chopped tomato ,2 chopped chilli
  • 2 tbsp peanuts ,1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi, as per taste salt ,1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp lime juice
  • As required Coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  • Wash poha, drain water & keep aside.
  • Chop all the veggies.
  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chilli & peanuts to it.
  • After that add onion & saute for a minute,then add potato, peas & mix well.
  • Cover the pan & cook till veggies gets soften.
  • After that add tomato, all the spices, sugar & mix well.
  • Add soaked/ washed poha, lime juice & mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander šŸŒæ, serve with bhujia & enjoy ā˜ŗļø
