Ingredients

  • 1 glass soaked rice
  • 1 cup peas, 4 potatoes cubed, 4 onions sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • leaves Fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder ,Turmeric powder
  • Black pepper powder ,1 tablespoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  • Take a cooker.
  • Heat oil in it.
  • Add cumin seeds 1 tablespoon in it.
  • Then add onions and potatoes in it.
  • Then add spices according to your taste.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Fry for sometime.
  • Add peas in it.
  • Mix well and add soaked rice in it.
  • Then add 1 and half glass water in it.
  • Cover lid of cooker and wait for 1 whistle.
  • After whistle, turn off the flame, wait for 10 minutes.
  • Then uncover the lid and add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
