  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Rose Water
  • 2 TSP cardomom powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add Besan, 3 Tbsp Milk and 2 Tbsp Ghee. Mix and crumble the besan until crumbled completely.
  • Sieve the crumble and add it to a fry pan. Roast it until ghee releases and mixture is golden brown.
  • Add milk into it and cook until it separated pan. Keep it aside and allow to cool.
  • Make a one string sugar syrup and add cardomom and rose water to it.
  • Mix the besan into sugar syrup and cook until seperates pan.
  • Place it in a square mould and allow to set.
  • Cut in cubes.
