Ingredients

  • 4 Betel leaves
  • 190 grams Condensed milk
  • 2 drops Green food colour
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee
  • 100 grams Dessicated Coconut
  • As needed Gulkand

Instructions

  • In a blender, add 4 betel leaves, condensed milk, organic food colour and blend until smooth. Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut and roast till it turns golden brown in colour.
  • Add the blended mixture in it and mix it well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
  • Take some mixture in your hand and flatten it. Add some gulkand on top of it and roll it into a ball.
  • Roll them in coconut
