Ingredients

  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • Thandai Masala
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 10 almonds 8 pistachios
  • 10 raisins 10 black peppercorns
  • 8-10 rose petals
  • as required Saffron
  • as per taste Sugar

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except milk,sugar,saffron in a bowl. Pour hot water & let them soak for 30mins.
  • Blend into a fine paste with the same water as needed. Add 2tbsp sugar & few strands of saffron while blending.
  • Put 2tbsp of Thandai mix in each glass, use ice cubes if desired. Pour chilled milk, add sugar as per taste. Mix & serve chilled. Garnish with rose petals & saffron.
