Ingredients

  • Milk 3 cup
  • Custard powder 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar powder 4 tablespoons
  • Seasonal fruits like banana, chickoo, apples, etc as per taste

Instructions

  • Heat milk and sugar in a thick bottomed pan until it comes to a boil.
  • In a small cup, stir in 4-5 tbsp of hot milk with the custard powder to form a slurry.
  • Add the slurry to the milk and cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness you want.
  • Let the milk cool to room temperature and add your fruits.
  • Set in the fridge for 5-6 hours and serve chilled.
